Why it’s on the list: I really enjoy swimming but don’t go nearly enough … can’t even remember when I last went, it’s been that long.
How/when I’ll judge this task to be completed: When I’ve successfully swum fifty lengths in one session.
As part of my healthy eating plan to lose weight, I’ve just started swimming again. Went today and did 20 lengths though it was a bit of a struggle towards the end. I’m hoping to go a couple of times a week and add two lengths every time.
