Healthy Living regime – week 1 results

So after a week of restricting myself to 1600 calories, making more sensible decisions about what I eat and drink (one pint of bitter or four gins = no brainer!) and several walks I have …. da da …. lost four pounds! Really pleased about this because I haven’t felt like I was dieting at all, I’ve enjoyed the walking and I’ve still lot weight! Will report back next week.
